What your O Licence requires of you

Under GV79 Section 16, Operators are required to ensure that the laws relating to the driving and operation of vehicles used under the licence are observed. In practice, this means drivers must understand and comply with the rules that apply to them on the road.

When drivers are out on the road most of the week, maintaining that consistently alongside everything else you’re managing isn’t straightforward. Regular, documented driver development is the most practical way to demonstrate you’re meeting that obligation.
