Meet your O Licence obligations
A crucial part of O Licence compliance is ensuring that the “laws relating to the driving and operation of vehicles used under the licence are observed.” Failure to do so is a criminal offence (GV79 Section 16). Put simply you must ensure that your drivers comply with the various laws and regulations relating to driving and driving at work. But how can you do that when you only see them a couple of times a week? By regular and consistent professional development.

- Highway Code - Department for Transport
- Health and safety in road haulage - HSE
- Road Traffic Act - Department for Transport
- Driving at work - HSE
- Senior Traffic Commissioner's statutory guidance and statutory directions
