How much does a subscription cost?
Each user (either a driver, administrator or manager) using our Professional Development Plan costs £4 per month.
What is my commitment and how often am I billed?
Subscriptions run from month-to-month and you can cancel at any time. You will be billed at the end of each month based upon how many users had access to the system during that month.
Are there any discounts available?
Yes there are. Generous discounts are available if you make a 12-month commitment. Annual agreements are paid by invoice rather than credit card. Please contact us for further details.
Is there an alternative to paying by credit card?
Yes, you can be invoiced to access the system, but you will need to make a 12-month commitment to do this. Please contact us for further details.
Using the System
I’ve lost my login details, what do I do?
Click the ‘Login’ button at the top of this page and then click the ‘Forgotten your Password’ link. Enter your email address and we will send you a ‘reset password’ link. If you are unsure what your email address is, please contact your Company Admin and they will be able to email you a new invitation to login to the system.
When do new Toolbox Talks become available?
New Toolbox Talks are launched on the first day of every month. You will receive an email notification reminding you about this.
I am trying to open a ToolBox Talk using the link I received but it isn’t working. What should I do?
The first thing to try is to check that your internet connection is working. Open a web browser and try to open a common website such as www.bbc.co.uk. If the internet isn’t working please check your connection settings. If your connection is working, please get in touch with support using our online chat or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I view my certificate?
Once you have completed the assessment at the end of a Toolbox Talk a button is displayed saying “View Your Certificate” – click this button and your certificate will be opened. NOTE: You can get back to this button by clicking the “Watch Again” button in your dashboard.
How do I print my certificate?
When viewing your certificate, click the “Print Certificate” button in the top right corner. This will download your certificate as a PDF, which you can then open and print.
How do I add a driver?
Go to the ‘My Drivers’ page and click the ‘Create New User’ button. Enter their name (first name), surname and email address and choose their role (company admin or driver) and language (English or Polish). Then click the ‘Invite User’ button and they will receive an email from us inviting them to use the system. The first time they do this they will be able to create a password.
One of my drivers has forgotten their login details, what can I do?
Go to the ‘My Drivers’ page and click on the driver’s name. This will display the driver’s details and you will be able to click on the ‘Resend Invitation’ button. This will email them a link to login to the system. If they have forgotten their password, they will be able to reset it.
How do I delete a driver?
Go to the ‘My Drivers’ page and click on the driver’s name. This will display the driver’s details and you will be able to click on the ‘Delete User’ button. You will be asked to confirm before the driver’s details and their training record are deleted. Once you do this, we will not be able to retrieve their information.
How do I print certificates for my drivers?
On your ‘My Drivers’ page there is a green smiley face for each Toolbox Talk successfully completed by your drivers. If you click on the green smiley face their certificate will be downloaded as a PDF, which you can then view and print.
How can I use the system as evidence of our drivers’ PDP training to meet the requirements of section D4 of a FORS audit?
At the FORS audit we recommend that you let the auditor see the admin functionality of the PDP training. They will then be able to do their batch testing directly on the ‘My Drivers’ page. For each driver they will be able to see month by progress with different coloured faces indicating a driver’s status for each Toolbox Talk. ‘Blue’ means ‘ready to start’, ‘Green’ means ‘successfully completed’, ‘Amber’ means ‘partially completed’, ‘Red’ means the driver has ‘failed the multi-choice test’ and is awaiting a retake. Dates on which tests have been passed / failed can be seen by hovering the mouse over the coloured faces. This information can also be exported in spreadsheet format by clicking the “Export driver data” button.
